Frequently asked questions about the trial
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. You do not need to enter a credit card, PayPal, or any payment information to start your 14-day trial.
What happens after the 14-day trial ends?
If you decide PaperScale is right for you, you can activate a paid plan (\$4.99/mo or \$49/yr). If not, your account safely locks. You can still log in and export all your mail with 1 click; no surprise charges ever occur.
Can I bring my existing domain?
Yes! You can connect any domain you own from registrars like Cloudflare, Namecheap, GoDaddy, Porkbun, Google Domains, or AWS Route 53.
